The committee is established to implement the recommendations of the final report of the Advisory Commission, led by former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan, and the Maungtaw Investigation Commission.


The committee is responsible to take measures to avoid harming of innocent civilians during carrying out their legitimate duty to restore stability in Rakhine state.

DUBLIN, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- Ireland's residential property prices rose by 12.3 percent in the year to July, according to official figures on Tuesday.


Compared with a rise of 11.5 percent in the year to June and a rise of 7.1 percent in the 12 months to July 2016 Nike Air Max 98 UK , the 12.3 percent increase is the fastest monthly growth in three years, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) said.

MOGADISHU, July 15 (Xinhua) -- The UN top envoy in Somalia said Saturday that unemployment among the youth was alarming and urged the authorities to provide vocational training and technical skills to young people in the Horn of Africa nation.


The UN Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) for Somalia, Michael Keating said that investing in youth skills is an investment in the present and future of Somalia.


"Unemployment among Somali youth is alarmingly high. Low education levels and limited access to technical skills and vocational training opportunities are a real problem with seriously negative implications," Keating said in a statement issued in Mogadishu to mark the World Youth Skills Day.
