We play the game on a daily basis and experience these issues firsthand, so we fully understand the need to take continual steps in reducing bots and cheating in the game. Within the past month we’ve been able to meaningfully combat Arena PvP Once you enter the room if you Blade and Soul gold look to your right (if you used the back entrance) you will see the boss along with 2 big mushrooms.bots and cheaters, reduce spam to be considerably less intrusive than it used to be, and make a number of game changes based on your feedback to address some of the most irritating issues. 
That being said, we believe we can always do better, and are working on a series of measures which should further improve the situation in the coming weeks. 
While we very purposely don’t share much information on this front—to keep from showing our hand to anyone intent on cheating—this is all part of a concerted effort which started months ago, and we appreciate your continued patience while we’ve worked on implementing both short- and long-term solutions.
