The Cardinals officially announced the signing of wide receiver Greg Little on Friday and they are likely to add another player to the roster in the near future.
As reported along with the Little news on Thursday http://www.dallascowboysteamonline.com/rod-smith-jersey , the Cardinals waived wide receiver Cobi Hamilton. On Friday they also announced that they have waived linebacker Frank Ginda.
As a result, the Cardinals now have 89 players on their active roster. That leaves them with a spot to fill before training camp gets underway in a little more than a month.
Ginda entered the draft with a year of eligibility left, but went undrafted out of San Jose State. He signed with the Cardinals right after the draft was over and will now try to continue his bid for an NFL career elsewhere.
The Bengals are negotiating an extension with defensive end Carlos Dunlap Bobby Massie Jersey , Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports.
Rapoport’s tweet came after Paul Dehner of the Cincinnati Enquirer reported that Dunlap and his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, were spotted at training camp talking to owner Mike Brown.
Dunlap Johnny Unitas Jersey , 29, is entering the final year of his deal, which will pay him a $7 million base salary. Though the Bengals drafted Sam Hubbard in the third round Quenton Nelson Jersey , it appears they hope to keep Dunlap around longer than just this season.
Dunlap has played his entire career in Cincinnati since it made him a second-round pick in 2010. He has 64.5 career sacks.
