This was expected, but whenever your starting quarterback returns to practice, it is noteworthy. The other good news here is that starting right tackle Jared Veldheer appears to be progressing through to the concussion protocol. He didn’t practice today but was seen on the field with a helmet on and observing. This shows he’s close and probably will be cleared to play by Sunday’s game. Cornerback Adam Jones(thigh) and linebacker Brandon Marshall(knee) did not practice for a second straight day.
