Vans and Opening Ceremony come together once again to release a new collection this time using the vans slip on womens white as the silhouette of choice.This new Toile Pack is inspired by Chinoiserie, the traditional design of Chinese porcelain ware. As you can see there are two colorways of the Slip-On here as both pairs feature white-based canvas uppers. One pair is then hit with blue graphics on the upper and the other with red. Additional details include leather and canvas lining, a white rubber midsole, and waffle rubber outsoles.

“This particular collaboration is based off a vintage vans slip on womens black sneaker with the Vanosaur print that we found at a vintage store in Europe. The original was printed canvas, and we updated that to an embroidered canvas,” says Barneys Senior Buyer in Men’s Footwear, Chris Pepe. The print is rare and was first used in the 1980s on slip-on, Authentic, and Sk8-Hi sneakers. Now it’s also featured on the Old Skool silhouette, and the print is exclusive to Barneys. Each pair from the collection comes with embroidered dinosaur designs placed all over the canvas upper. The shoes come in Black or White upper paired up with White vulcanized soles.
