In addition to the previously confirmed Nike Air Force 1 Cheapest Low with Croc-skin leather, the Swoosh has a high iteration that utilizes the same aesthetic. Adorned in a primarily black smooth leather upper, the aforementioned croc-skin comes into play on the overexposed purple Swoosh across the sneaker’s midfoot. The larger-than-life Swoosh is reminiscent of the branding that appears on the Nike Blazer silhouette, which gives this particular design a bit of a vintage touch.
Nike is adding a vintage theme to the Nike Air Force 1 Discount, as it is featured here dressed in a “Vintage Green” premium suede upper sitting atop a timeless gum sole. This seasonally appropriate offering sports synthetic leather detailing as well that adorns the sneaker’s tongue and its heel. The combination of premium materials and the always popular gum bottom adds a timeless aesthetic to this green design arriving just in time for Christmas. The use of a gum sole is a time-tested success on the AF1, as it has been featured numerous times with various colored uppers like the tonally similar olive offering from earlier this year.
The Nike Air Force 1 for Sale has received numerous special colorways this year, most recently in the form of the AF100 collection. However, the classic silhouette won’t be losing steam in 2018, as new images of a BHM Air Force 1 High have emerged. The shoe’s design takes a simple yet powerful stance on celebrating Black History Month. Its black tumbled leather upper features Pan-African flag striping from the tip of the toebox straight back to the heel of the midsole. The shoe also features the classic “BHM” decal on the heel.
Public School NY burst into the sneaker scene with their heralded collaborations with Jordan Brand and the Nike Air Force 1 Lowest Price Retro. The NYC-bred menswear label is now turning its attention to Nike and the Air Force 1 High with this tribute to the all-white icon in a completely deconstructed build to mimic the early sample-stage phases of production. Built with premium leathers, the PSNY x Air Force 1 High earns its distinction by exposing all the stitching along the seams while giving the appearance of an incomplete production. A mock sample tag also lends to the concept, as does the “PROPERTY OF PSNY, NOT FOR RESALE” warning on the heel pull-tab. PSNY branding is evident on the tongue as well as the insole, with their signature We Need Leaders emblem hidden behind the heel-tab.
It looks like Nike Air Force 1 on Sale will be adding another limited Air Force 1 to this season’s stacked lineup, but on a much more exclusive basis. The A-COLD-WALL* x Nike Air Force 1 High that first released back in October will be up for grabs again from the NikeLab 1948 location in London. The shoe will be available via in-store raffle starting on November 30th along with the four Nike AF100 releases.
