SPIELBERG, Austria -- Red Bull boss Christian Horner says it is unlikely Formula Ones top teams will agree to a drop in prize money when their current commercial agreements with Bernie Ecclestone expire at the end of 2020.Earlier this week, Ecclestone revealed plans to change the prize money structure in Formula One beyond 2020 to reduce the discrepancies in budgets between the top teams and smaller outfits.
