What is QuickBooks Multi Currency Features?

With QuickBooks Desktop, you can keep track of transactions in foreign currency. The Multi-currency feature allows you to assign a specific currency type to the following profiles and accounts – customers, vendors, price levels, bank accounts, credit card accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Once on, you can no longer turn off Multi-currency. QuickBooks Desktop add-ons, such as Fixed Asset Manager and Statement Writer, only use U.S. currency. They will not be affected by activating Multi-currency feature. You may face problems in following the steps needed for QuickBooks Multi Currency setup or in using multi-currency in QuickBooks. |
