If you enter the wrong password too many times Apple will automatically lock your ID. You can refer to the steps below to reset your password using the security question:
• Go to the Apple ID page and select “Forgot Apple ID or password” • Type your Apple ID in the given field • Select the option to answer security questions and complete the steps • Once you reset the password, log out and sign in again with your new password.
If these steps do not work you can call the Apple customer support number and ask for additional technical assistance to recover your password.
