Adidas Sneakers Men continues to evolve its NMD line for Spring/Summer 2019 with the release of a stripped-back racing-inspired NMD R1 sneaker, seeing a mixture of Primeknit and premium materials rework the silhouette. A bold red Primeknit upper is paired with off-white suede eyelets, a complementing embossed leather heel tab and “The Brand With the Three Stripes” tape, all sat atop a serving of clean white BOOST cushioning which is set off by a contrast off-white outsole. Exposed stitching in both white and off-white outlines the sneakers construction, with the iconic Three Stripes branding defined by minimalist single-stitched lines.
The Adidas Sneakers Cheap sees white, black and red pairs of the soft textile-mesh wrapped NMD R1 pair up with premium touches of suede and contrasting sole plugs that are set off with the all-new speckle print. Suede also appears on the heel and is overlayed with the classic NMD rubberized heel tab and pull tab, which features text that continues to wrap around and define the sleek silhouette.
Adidas Sneakers Orange A tape of multilingual typography has been inserted between the two speckle-adorned sole plugs, and continues to section the shoe into its unique components, outlining the contrasting heel and wrapping across the vamp and down alongside the tonal three stripes.
The Adidas NMD R1 Ash Grey starts off with a tonal upper done in either Black or Grey mesh. The tonal design of the shoe extends on to the heel, pull tab, eyestays, Three Stripes, laces and lining. What makes these pairs different from other NMD R1s is the diagonal pattern placed on the Boost midsole in addition to the hard-to-see linear design placed on the EVA inserts.
