Intuit is making some major changes to the Find a ProAdvisor website, which is expected to make it easier for ProAdvisors to understand how to present their knowledge to potential customers, and for QuickBooks users to find ProAdvisor easier, Which would be best suited for them. Over the years there has been a kind of love and hate relationship between QuickBooks ProAdvisors. Some ProAdvisors rely on this website for a lot of their new customer leads, some saying it never does them any good. Some campaigners fill every possible area, some make minimal efforts to maintain it.
Everyone likes to argue about the "ranking algorithm", which uses a list of Intuit ProAdvisors. Whichever group you are in, I have not found a lot of ProAdvisors over the years who were completely happy with the way they presented their information. In response, Intuit has released a major overhaul of the Find a ProAdvisor website. They are expanding the kind of information a ProAdvisor can offer, improving search capabilities for potential customers and making it easier for those customers to connect with qualified ProAdvisors.
