The targeting material from far away wouldn't really work as well today, since we've got surge and bd which makes it too easy to get off if you have prior knowledge (and if wildy was reworked without pvp, maybe double and mobile spike too ). That said, I could see a rev to chase down you which might be crazy as well somewhat similar to prif elves, which could surge or bd, and uses abilities. If you think of this wildy as one major boss stadium along with the"boss"/one of the rev types has some insane mobility to travel about and chase runescape players within the giant arena, that would be pretty nuts.

Possibly it might have really low strike to balance outside the freedom, but it would attempt to kite runescape players to some bigger rev; come at the runescape participant from a particular angle to make them run away in a specific direction, toward a larger rev that will take them.

Personally I'd really like to see a return of this pre-free trade wilderness, together with disabled pvp and revs roaming the surface. They'd need to be more buffed than they are so that they really pose a danger if you encounter a tier one, but people really encouraged to gear up when they moved into the wildy. PVP ends up being a hassle and doesn't encourage that.

Departure in the wildy would also need a rework, either higher reclaim cost from Death, or eliminate reclaim from Death and needing operating back to your tomb for wildy deaths if you'd like your stuff back (which would probably mean gearing up in Death's workplace to run back to your tomb, just in-case you run into a rev along the way). Revs are seen by best way to make money old school runescape me if they need to be roaming bosses, solo, although like the wildywyrm rather.
