His bank was complete to deposit all things but rather than showing a notification, all the stock items were dropped onto the floor.The noted things were dropped un-noted which made it impossible to him to pick it back before it disappeared since he had 108k yak-hides. He was able to select about 129. The shards, charms and components never revealed on the floor.

The same bug was reported by a different runescape participant when trimming smithing, in this event the runescape participant had exactly 4 bank slots and 4 items in his inventory and the same thing happened leading to a sudden drop of all the runes bars he'd. In the exact same post, another runescape player reported this has occurred before with items that were cheaper and he didn't mind because of it. He tried to replicate the bug but he wasn't profitable.

The runescape players posted it here on reddit but the article was removed. MOD Poerkie replied saying they will investigate as soon as possible. Support through twitter also tried and already filled up the items form that was lost. Apparently the bug happens when having a complete bank, I don't mean to say it will always happen so minimizing the chances is obviously good, but it could happen.
