you know protein powder is just food and a bottle it says so once I explained to him what it was he was like oh well I still want it because I don't have that much dietary protein and I'm going to school and it would be easier for me you know to hit two scoops and get my protein where it is because protein quantity is important but it's just overall quantity because it comes from a bottle it's no different than a food source in fact it you know probably optimal to get most of your protein from food sources so same thing with BC is they there's no there's nothing to do with BCAAs and fat loss mmm now I will at some point in this video touch on how they can all correlative Lee maybe help that last
