Method 1- Check for Virus Issues- If you face this error issues, check your computer system for virus infections Launch the anti-virus system to scan the entire system and show Settle All options in the end. Click on it and the problem will disappear Method 2- Update QB App To update the app, check of the latest update in the existing app After updating, re-sort the lists Click on the list’s options and choose Chart of Accounts Select View Menu and you will see Re-sort lists click on it Make certain changes and check the item list. Do the same with the customer list Locate the View menu at the Customer and Jobs options and select Resort List After re-sorting is complete, close the software and restart your system
