people that you know maybe it's all a parent but they probably should lose a little bit of weight and all I heard of DCA is good for that or I heard of proteins good for that or her so like they're just inserting all of these products into this blanket category that has the same end result and that's where I have to slow people down and I'm like okay well like today I was telling you before we went on I have someone come in and say like hey I'm just trying to start to lose some weight quite a bit of weight to lose and what protein powders should I take to be doing that and I was like well not well what does your dial look like what does you know protein powder is just food and a bottle it says so once I explained to him what it was he was like oh well I still want it because I don't have that much dietary protein and I'm going to school and it would be easier for me you know to hit two scoops and get my protein where it is because protein quantity is important but it's just overall quantity because it comes from a bottle it's no different than a food source in fact it you know probably optimal to get most of your protein from food sources so same thing with BC is they there's no there's nothing to do with BCAAs and fat loss mmm now I will at some point in this video touch
